Our residential pest control program starts with a detailed inspection of your home and property. In speaking with you about the types of pests and sighting locations, as well as completing a visual survey of potential problem areas, your technician will then develop a customized plan of attack based upon your specific needs.
Planning & Implementation
Once a determination has been made as to which control methods will be used, your service tech will implement those steps to ensure your home receives a full and complete treatment.
Follow up & Observation
Finally, one of the most important steps done during general maintenance is the follow up. Proper observation following your pest control treatment will allow us to monitor which methods are working, which methods need to be modified and if any additional issues have arisen.
Continuation
Once in place, the barrier created around your home must be maintained with Monthly or Bi-Monthly service in order to continue enjoying pest free living.
